I usually get mocha with boba but the cashier suggested the Coffee Milk Tea add Tiramisu Foam and it was delicious! The workers were super nice with great suggestions

First of all, Great customer service, and they are quick with the drinks. All teas are fresh brewed which made my Thai Tea boba outstanding, I also was able to lessen the sugar which made the Tea flavor stand out more. Much appreciated. My wife loved the Peach Yakult with boba and her Monster Boba Latte. I like that they have a variety of teas and not just Jasmine and Thai Tea. Seating is plenty and and great music and atmosphere. I highly recommend.

The cashier was nice, I got my boba ready really quick (2-3 mins) and tasted the same to what I got in Vietnam , so good . My friend got a Taro boba and he liked it , but I thought too sweet for Chinese / Vietnamese lol . The store is quite small so it preferred takeaway, a few seats for pp waiting their drinks

Pretty good boba place. Located right next to Ranch 99 grocery store, easy to get before or after your grocery run. Parking can be challenging depending on time of day. Typically to the left and back when facing the shop you'll find spaces open. Can adjust level of ice and level of sweetness to your liking. Very small inside with bar style seating only. Good, not great. Recommended if in area.

Very good ambience and excellent service. There are only few seats available inside, to me it appeared more like a Grab and go place. We ordered 2 of their specialities, the brown sugar milk tea with boba and signature milk tea with boba, Both were amazing.

First time here, decided to pop in after our much needed pho and get something sweet for the drive home. We opted for taro smoothie and for a small drink it was pricey but good! Will be back to try more

Love their fruit teas, especially the pineapple one (with 50% sugar) and my favorite topping - crystal boba! The staff are pleasant and the store is well kept. I really want to try the taro and hokkaido milk teas next time! *The price is just right
